I joined Abcam in 2008 as an IT Consultant in the Tokyo office. I now manage an IT team of six in APAC, all from different backgrounds, languages, and cultures. Life at Abcam is always agile, and that’s what has captivated me for all these years. Coupled with the strong leadership from management, I am consistently encouraged to think about game-changing ideas to make us even better.
On top of all these, I have a great work-life balance, with my lifelong partner Yukiko and our two energetic boys.
