About the role

Working within the Integrated Marketing team, this role takes responsibility for supporting the automated marketing activities across the organisation. This will support a network of Super Users based in various global locations with automation and optimisation of acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention of customers through multiple digital channels.

Roles & responsibilities

Channel Owner

  • Creation of a vision and 
  • strategy in line with overall business goals and senior leadership team, and communication of the vision to stakeholders across the business on strategy and direction of marketing automation
  • Lead the strategy and initiatives to develop lifecycle marketing, customer lifetime value and funnel optimisation 
  • Optimisation of key initiatives which include automated customer nurtures, identification of customer preferences through tracked behaviours, conversion and revenue generation through conversion campaigns, post-sale follow-ups, automated promotions, and use of customer data to recommend new initiatives
  • Responsible for driving best practice in Marketing Automation across the international business and supporting teams to use Eloqua including training and guidance

Technical Owner

  • Ownership of Marketing Automation tools including key recommendations on development of tool future requirements, ongoing maintenance, improvements, developments and fixes

Support Owner

  • Overall responsibility for the provision of templates and SOPs for Marketing Automation systems
  • Support and training of Super User team to troubleshoot problem areas and barriers

Team Leader

Responsible for direct line reports within Marketing Automation team, providing support and coaching to encourage personal development and performance led team focus

About you

You will have an excellent understanding of B2B communication and long sales cycle marketing, including content marketing and lead qualification.

We require someone knowledgeable and confident in the use and development of Automated Email Marketing platforms, preferably Eloqua. Experience in Life Sciences is a benefit but not essential. The role also requires someone with
strong communication and influencing skills.

You should have project management ability as well as confident presentation skills to communicate results, initiatives and projects in an engaging style
