Interim Head of Performance Marketing
About the role
Working closely with the Head of eCommerce and reporting to the SVP of Customer Experience, an interim need has arisen for an experienced Performance Marketing professional. This role will own the strategic development of performance marketing to drive improved ROI through our paid channels including SEM, SEO, Display Media and Merchandising.
This role will be on a fixed term contract basis for c9-12 months.

Roles & responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the strategy for paid search across all websites, search engines and geographical locations
- Manage and execute complex international campaigns across paid channels, continually reviewing bid optimisation, creative and keyword development strategies
- Identifying merchandising opportunities through promotions and key landing pages
- Own the internal attribution model and identify key success metrics to help inform scale of marketing budget to ensure achievement against commercial goals
- Lead, manage and grow a team of specialists, hiring the right talent to implement the defined strategy
The ideal candidate would be an experienced eCommerce professional with a Performance Marketing specialism. You should have a strong track record in Search Marketing (SEM, SEO, Display Media) and Merchandising with proven
experience in delivering profit growth and ROI. We require someone with expert knowledge of growing a customer base, driving high growth and staying abreast of emerging marketing channels and digital trends.
The successful candidate will possess a highly analytical mindset with the ability to constantly analyse data to improve performance and drive insight to understand customer behaviour. You will need strong people management skills and be confident in picking up and leading a team of highly skilled specialists.
