Location: Hong Kong, New Territories, Hong Kong

Customer Service Specialist

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Serve end users and distributors in ROA
  • Prepare quotations and customer invoices
  • Take orders and enter into database
  • Handle customer enquiries via e-mails/ faxes/ phones
  • Work with logistics companies to manage deliveries
  • Support other internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance etc.) when necessary
  • Able to travel overseas occasionally (1- 2 times/ year)

About you

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Degree (Business Administration, Logistics or Science) not a must but is an advantage
  • 3+ years related working experience, preferably in MNC environment
  • Call center experience is an advantage
  • Data entries experience in ERP system is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be well organized, team player with positive attitude
  • Able to work shift (3 – 4 times public holidays/ year)
