Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing & Supply Chain
About the role
Reporting to Director of FP&A –Manufacturing, Innovation & Supply Chain, the Finance Business Partner for Manufacturing & Supply Chain who will be based in our Boston office, will play a key role in supporting the Manufacturing and supply chain functions globally, and partnering with the key stakeholders/leaders through monthly business performance review and by providing value added analysis to aid decision making.
This role will be responsible for ensuring delivery of accurate and timely budgets and forecasts.
Roles & responsibilities:
Deliver business performance management, business decision support, and provide input into strategy and planning for Manufacturing and Supply Chain by partnering with the SVP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain and VP’s of the cost centres within this function (including global facilitiesDeliver on revenue expectations for catalog sales
Provide senior global Manufacturing and Supply Chain leadership with value added analysis in order to support both operational and strategic decision making – looking at the risks and opportunities and providing alternative ideas and corrective action planning.
Provide monthly budget/forecast variance analysis to Group Manufacturing and supply chain functions as well for any strategic Programmes which sit in this group process and work toward building relationships
Support Manufacturing and supply chain with Business case analysis and detailed return on investment for Group Manufacturing and supply chain activities, strategic programmes, and Capital investment, including those relating to facilities
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of budget and forecast building across Group Manufacturing and supply chain functions and strategic programmes, in line with timeframes as laid out by Head of PlanningRecommend complementary products and cross-sell
Develop dynamic reports and analysis to support long term planning
Ensure that correct financial procedures are maintained and adhered to
- Ad hoc analysis and modelling as required
- Accounting degree essential, CPA desirable
- Knowledge of Oracle finance systems preferable
