Abcam, a global leader in life science reagents and tools, are looking for an experienced demand generation manager to lead the development, implementation and optimisation of multi-channel global demand generation campaigns, specifically designed to drive high-quality leads and revenue from target industries and organizations.
You will own programs for specific audiences/segments and collaborate with local country marketing and sales teams to acquire and accelerate prospects, You will develop a deep understanding key customer and industry trends, getting under the skin of customers’ needs to deliver programmes that add value and translate interest into commercial opportunities
Own the end-to-end performance of global lead gen programmes, ensuring successful delivery against revenue targets
Develop effective cross-functional workstreams with:-
Regional sales and marketing teams – to identify target profiles and accounts as well as to implement and monitor the performance of lead programmes
Experience design team – to optimize current lead programmes, as well as develop high-quality personalised landing page templates
Strategic marketing – to understand customer segmentation and communications strategies, as well as to align activities with key strategic focus areas
Global content team - to define and develop high quality content journeys
Consumer insights and analytics teams - to create accurate measurement framework, and create regular reporting process off the back this
Identify and embed required tools and platforms to facilitate successful delivery of lead programmesAbout you:
Deep experience in B2B account-based marketing and demand generation campaigns
Experience building account-based marketing plans, ideally in the life sciences space
Data-driven and analytical: You constantly measure results to improve and validate your approaches
Equally comfortable with high-level, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation, with a very high level of attention to detail
You have a strong bias to action, able to work at a very fast pace, and comfortable making quick decisions
Collaborative mindset: You thrive in cross-functional environments and can partner with marketing and sales team members.
Highly skilled in the creation and implementation of MQL and SQL email nurture programmes, as well as using ad platforms to drive new user acquisition (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Display and Video 360 etc.)
Experience developing and optimisting landing pages to improve conversion rate
Experience using Oracle Sales Cloud and Eloqua a plus
